The cardholder agrees that Desjardins the Federation may obtain and update, from any credit reporting agencypersonal information agent, financial institution, employer or credit card issuer (“Third Parties”), only any information required for the subject matter of its file, i.e., the provision of financial services as they relate relating to the various credit and payment services, in order to assess the cardholder’s creditworthiness, to administer the cardholder’s account prove his solvency and to review his financial commitments to Desjardins the Federation within the context of this Agreement or the cardholder’s other financial his business dealings with it. The cardholder accepts and understands that through this given authorization, the Federation will be able to consult the credit reports concerning the cardholder and obtained from information agents and that this consultation can affect his credit score, if applicable. The cardholder authorizes any Third Parties to disclose such information infor- mation to Desjardinsthe Federation, even though if said information may be is in an inactive or closed file. The cardholder agrees that Desjardins may disclose applicant also consents to the Federation disclosing to any personal information agent, financial institution and or credit card issuer any information regarding the cardholder’s on financial commitments to Desjardins arising towards the Federation resulting from the use of the card. Authorization for the collection and disclosure of information by Best Buy Canada Ltd. (“Best Buy”) The above cardholder also consents shall remain in effect as long as to the cardholder has carried on business with Desjardins, failing which Desjardins shall terminate this Agreement. In the event our service provider is located outside of Canada, the service provider is bound by, and the information may be disclosed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is located.following unless he revokes said consent:

Personal Information. Desjardins will open a file under the cardholder’s name so that the cardholder may receive financial services as they relate to the various credit and payment services. The personal information contained in this file is kept at the offices of Desjardins or its agents, and is consulted by their employees when warranted in the performance of their duties. Desjardins may also create nominative lists of its cardholders and share them with third parties for business prospecting purposes. The cardholder may exclude his name from nominative lists constituted by Desjardins. Moreover, the cardholder has a right to access the contents of his file and to correct any erroneous information by making a written request to that effect to the privacy officer. Personal Information. Desjardins and Privacy — BMO collects certain identifying, contact, banking and financial information as well as credit references and payment histories (the “Personal Information”) which it uses to assist with the correct identification of, and to facilitate contact with, individuals it does business with; to facilitate pre-authorized or other payment arrangements; to broaden its relationship with its customers by developing and recommending suitable products or services; to assess credit risk and manage lines of credit and total risk exposure; to ensure accurate registration of security; to assess likelihood of repayment of past due balances; and to locate customers and their assets for collection of delinquent accounts (the “Purposes”). DEALER consents to BMO using the Personal Information for the Purposes and providing some or all of the Personal Information to external services providers inside or outside Canada who process the Personal Information only in furtherance of the Purposes or in accordance with applicable law. DEALER agrees that any personal information regarding third parties, including its customers, provided to BMO will open a file under the cardholder’s name so that the cardholder may receive financial services as they relate be provided only in accordance with applicable laws governing personal information. DEALER irrevocably authorizes BMO to investigate and make inquiries of former, current or future creditors or other persons and credit bureaus regarding or relating to DEALER (including, to the various credit extent permitted by law, any equity holders of DEALER) and payment services.
