The cardholder authorizes Third Parties to disclose such information to Desjardins, even though said information may be in an inactive or closed file. The cardholder agrees that Desjardins may disclose to any personal information agent, financial institution and credit card issuer any information regarding the cardholder’s financial commitments to Desjardins arising from the use of the card.
