Common use of Personnel Data Clause in Contracts

Personnel Data. (1) The Contractor shall enter before deployment and maintain data for all Contractor personnel that are authorized to accompany U.S. Armed Forces deployed outside the United States as specified in paragraph (b)(1) of this clause. The Contractor shall use the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) web-based system, at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/bta/products/spot.html, to enter and maintain the data.
