PETS OR ANIMALS. Pets or animals of any kind will not be permitted on premises without the written consent of the LANDLORD. Any violation of this clause will be considered a breach of the Lease and immediately give the LANDLORD the right to declare the TENANT(S) in default. If a pet is found on the premises (even if it is just there temporarily) without written consent of the LANDLORD, TENANT(S) will be charged a $400 fee and the pet shall be removed from the premises immediately.
PETS OR ANIMALS. NO PETS or animals of any kind will be permitted on the Premises without the written consent of the Landlord. If any pet or animal is found on the Premises, no matter how temporarily, without written consent from Landlord, Tenant(s) shall be charged $1,000.00 in additional rent. The pet or animal shall be removed from the premises immediately. Any violation of this clause will be considered an event of default and may result in termination of this Rental Agreement.
PETS OR ANIMALS. Tenant is required to comply with all requirements outlined in the Owner Pet Application. Any tenant found with an unapproved pet for any length of time no matter how brief will be held responsible for filing pet application and payment of Pet Fees within 3 days. Failure to complete the application guidelines and pay fees will result in eviction.
PETS OR ANIMALS. The Landlord may terminate lease if Tenant(s), or their guests, bring dogs, cats, or any other animals on the premises without Landlord's prior written consent. Violation of this clause will result in an automatic rental increase of $500 per installment for the balance of the lease and Tenant shall be responsible for any additional expense resulting from violation of this provision. Collection of additional rent does not bar Landlord from pursing eviction. If Landlord approves the occupancy of a pet within the rental property, there must be a pet addendum completed and returned to Landlord prior to the pet entering the premises, and a $40.00 per month, per pet, installment added to each regular monthly rental installment. In the case of any medically-necessitated animal, Tenant must contact Landlord in advance of animals occupancy for approval and shall not have any such support animal in premise until all documentation and requirements have been fulfilled. Support animals are subject to damage charges.
PETS OR ANIMALS. PETS OR ANIMALS – Landlord permits tenant to have one (1) approved pet in a unit. Pet is only permitted after proper paperwork is submitted to the Campus View office and approved. Tenant agrees to pay all necessary fees, deposit and additional rent outlined in the “Pet Owner Application” agreement. Furthermore, tenant must agree to adhere to all rules and requirements outlined in application. Any tenant found with an unapproved animal for any length of time no matter how brief is in violation of lease and will be subject to a $300 pet fine, failure to comply is grounds for eviction.

PETS OR ANIMALS. Lessee shall keep only those pets or animals that comply with the Declaration and the rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Directors, and then only with prior approval from Lessor.

Such actions will consider the TENANT(s) in default of the Lease.
PETS OR ANIMALS. No pets are allowed on the premises at any time unless written approval is proved by the landlord. In the event an animal is added to the contract, Tenant is responsible for any and all waste left by the animal on the premises. If it is note cleaned up within 7 days of notice provided by landlord. Tenant is responsible for additional costs by the landlord to have it removed.
