Common use of Phasing Clause in Contracts

Phasing. The Project will be developed in multiple phases, as shown on the Conceptual Land Use Plan. Each phase must be designed and built to operate independently with all necessary public services and utilities infrastructure, including roads, multimodal trails and master stormwater systems, consistent with Conceptual Land Use Plan. Revisions to the phasing schedule shall be considered as minor amendments to this Agreement, which may be approved by Town Council with no formal amendment to this Agreement required.
