PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The Restricted Stock may be issued in certificate form or electronically in “book entry”. The Secretary of the Company or such other representative as the Committee may appoint shall retain physical custody of each certificate representing Restricted Stock until all of the restrictions imposed under this Award Agreement with respect to the shares evidenced by such certificate expire or are removed. In no event shall the Participant retain physical custody of any certificates representing unvested Restricted Stock assigned to Participant.
PHYSICAL CUSTODY. PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The parties understand that physical custody is the right and responsibility to provide actual physical care for and exercise control over a child. The parties agree that physical custody of the above-listed child(ren) will be as follows:

PHYSICAL CUSTODY. Custodian shall ensure that Account Securities are at all times properly identified as belonging solely to Company. In this regard, Custodian shall physically segregate Account Securities from any property owned by Custodian. Custodian shall not be required to physically segregate Account Securities (other than bearer securities which shall be so segregated) from other securities or property held by Custodian for third parties, but Custodian shall maintain adequate records showing the true ownership of Account Securities.
PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The responsibility for the physical care and immediate, day-to-day supervision of the child(ren). Note: Physical custody for child support purposes is governed by Civil Rule 90.3 and not by the choice made below. (choose either 4.1 or 4.2)
PHYSICAL CUSTODY. The Parties agree that Partner A shall have % physical custody of the child(ren), and that Partner B shall have % physical custody of the child(ren).

Mother shall have Easter/Spring Break and Thanksgiving in even-numbered years and Memorial Day and Labor Day in odd-numbered years, unless the parties agree otherwise, in writing. Father shall have the Easter/Spring Break and Thanksgiving in odd-numbered years and Memorial Day and Labor Day in even-numbered years, unless the parties agree otherwise, in writing. Christmas vacation (winter break) shall be divided equally with Mother to get the first half in odd-numbered years and the second half in even-numbered years. Father shall receive the first half of Christmas in even-numbered years and the second half of Christmas in odd-numbered years. If the parties are celebrating Christmas in the same area, then the parent not having the first half of Christmas shall have the children from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. The parties may alter the holiday schedule, by mutual agreement which will be in writing and signed by both parties. Mother shall have the children on their birthday in even-numbered years and Father shall have the children on their birthday in odd-numbered years. The children shall be with Mother every Mother’s Day weekend and with Father every Father’s Day weekend. The transportation between the parents shall be handled equally. One parent shall pick up the children at the beginning of the visit and the other parent shall pick up the children at the end of the visit, unless the parties agree otherwise. PHYSICAL CUSTODY. Father and Mother shall have joint physical custody of the children. They will reside at Father and Mother’s individual residences in accordance with the custody schedule. Neither Father nor Mother shall remove the children to a permanent residence outside San Mateo or Santa Xxxxx County (need to specify a distance range that necessitates this provision) without sixty days prior written consent of the other party or the order of the Court.
