Pool Status. Each such Receivable is part of a Pool which satisfies each of the requirements set forth in Section 2.04(l), provided that such Pools are aggregated with all other Pools to the extent set forth therein.
Pool Status. The Administrator shall maintain a database (SATIS) of employees tested under this Substance Abuse Consortium Program. Employees will be classified in the Active or Inactive Pool, as follows:
Pool Status. Any Eligible Project to be constructed or under construction must qualify as a Pool A Project when it is added to the Borrowing Base; however, any Completed Facility or Acquisition Project which is completed may be added to the Borrowing Base as either a Pool A Project, a Pool B Project or a Pool C Project.
