POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent provides a variety of heavy cleaning, transporting of furniture/ equipment and other related housekeeping functions in our corporate apartments, to maintain an orderly and sanitary condition. The incumbent must fulfill the requirements of the Criminal Records/Vulnerable Person, Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check, and adhere to all Northern Health Region policies and procedures. Service to be Rendered Transporter shall perform and Shipper shall receive service in accordance with the provisions of the effective FTS Rate Schedule and applicable General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1 ("Tariff"), on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission"), as the same may be amended or superseded in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Commission. The maximum obligation of Transporter to deliver gas hereunder to or for Shipper, the designation of the points of delivery at which Transporter shall deliver or cause gas to be delivered to or for Shipper, and the points of receipt at which Shipper shall deliver or cause gas to be delivered, are specified in Appendix A, as the same may be amended from time to time by agreement between Shipper and Transporter, or in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Commission.
Return to Former Position (a) An employee who has had at least 12 months' continuous service with an employer immediately before commencing part-time employment after the birth or placement of a child has, at the expiration of the period of such part-time employment or the first period, if there is more than one, the right to return to his or her former position.
NOT TO BE USED AS A PRECEDENT This Agreement shall not be used in any manner whatsoever to obtain similar arrangements or benefits in any other State, Territory, Division, Plant or Enterprise.
Compensation in relation to breach In relation to any breach of this contract, the party in breach shall indemnify the Innocent Party against all Relevant Losses.
Payment to be made in full You must pay us all sums due under this agreement in full without any deduction or withholding (whether in respect of set off, counterclaim, taxes, charges or otherwise) unless the deduction or withholding is required by law. If a deduction or withholding is required by law, you must immediately pay us an additional amount so that we receive an amount equal to the full amount which we would have received had no such deduction or withholding been made; and you must furnish us an official receipt of the relevant authority involved for all amounts so deducted or withheld.
