Practice of Architecture refers to the provision of architectural services in connection with urban planning and the design, construction, conservation, restoration or alteration of a building or group of buildings. Subject to the Host Country's domestic regulations, these professional services include, but are not limited to, planning and land-use planning, urban design, provi• sion of preliminary studies, designs, models, drawings, specifications and technical documentation, coordina• tion of technical documentation prepared by others (consulting engineers, xxxxx xxxxxxxx, landscape architects and other specialist consultants) as appro• priate and without limitation, construction economics, contract administration, monitoring and supervision of construction and project management.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.

  • Physical Architecture 59.2.1 CenturyLink's network architecture in any given local exchange area and/or LATA can vary markedly from another local exchange area/LATA.   • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • WORKLOAD STANDARDS One (1) Direct Service Hour (DSH) will be equal to sixty (60) minutes of direct services.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Architect Engineer shall provide assistance to Owner through the commissioning consultant/agent for the purpose of advising and counseling Owner’s personnel in the usage, operation and maintenance of the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • The Architect ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project responds to LEED criteria.
