Resident should keep all doors and windows locked – even when the Resident is home. Many crimes against persons and personal possessions take place in the daylight hours. Resident should xxxx all personal valuables and appliances with some sort of identification and keep a list of serial numbers in a safe place. This improves the likelihood of personal possession recovery, should a loss occur.

Each Party will take adequate security and precautionary measures to effect compliance with this Section 3.3 by its Authorized Representatives who shall be given access to Confidential Information as permitted herein and will be responsible for such compliance by such Persons.
