Preparation of Space Plans. In accordance with the Work Schedule, Xxxxxxxx agrees to meet with Xxxxxx’s architect and/or space planner for the purpose of promptly reviewing preliminary space plans for the layout of the Premises prepared by Xxxxxx (“Space Plans”). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord’s approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord’s approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord.

Preparation of Space Plans. In accordance with the Work Schedule, and at Landlord's cost (subject to payment of the Allowance by Landlord pursuant to the express terms of Paragraph 5 hereof), Tenant shall cause an architect and/or space planner acceptable to Landlord ("Tenant's Architect") to prepare preliminary space plans for the layout of the Premises ("Space Plans"). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord's approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord, within five (5) business days of receipt of the Space Plans, will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Within a reasonable period of time thereafter, Tenant will submit to Landlord for Landlord's approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord. If Landlord shall fail to respond in writing to Tenant's written request for approval of Tenant's Space Plans within the time frames provided for herein, then Landlord shall be deemed to have disapproved such Space Plans.
Preparation of Space Plans. Landlord has selected and hired, and Tenant has approved, Gensler Architects ("Space Planner") to prepare the architectural drawings for the Premises. Tenant acknowledges that, although Landlord hired Space Planner, Landlord shall have no obligation or liability to assure that the design of the Premises is satisfactory for Tenant and for Tenant's use. Space Planner and Tenant shall "walk" the Premises in consultation with Landlord and within the time frame established in the Work Schedule (defined below), Tenant shall meet and consult with Space Planner in order for Space Planner to prepare preliminary space plans for the Premises that are acceptable to Tenant. Provided Tenant has timely met and consulted with Space Planner and provided Space Planner with all information required by Space Planner, Landlord agrees to cause the Space Planner to prepare the preliminary space plans for the layout of Premises ("Space Plans") on or before the outside date for preparation of the Space Plans set forth in the Work Schedule. The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord and Tenant upon completion for Landlord's and Tenant's approval. If either party disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, each will advise the other in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Landlord will have until the outside date specified in the Work Schedule to cause Space Planner to redesign the Space Plans incorporating the revisions required and to obtain Landlord's and Tenant's final approval of the Space Plans.

( the "Architect") to be retained by Lessee in connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements. The Space Plans shall be submitted to Lessor for Lessor's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Promptly following Lessor's response, Lessee shall submit to Lessor, for Lessor's reasonable approval, a re- design of the Space Plans, incorporating the revisions required by Lessor.

Preparation of Space Plans. Landlord shall deliver engineering plans to Tenant for the Premises and area immediately surrounding the Premises on or before December 1, 2019, subject to extension due to delays caused by Force Majeure Events. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord’s approval a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord to the extent necessary to eliminate the Design Problem.

Lessee's Contractox xxxxl also prepare detailed space plans sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Leasehold Improvements therein ("Space Plans"). The Space Plans are to be sufficient to convey the architectural design of the Premises and layout of the Tenant Improvements therein and are to be submitted to Landlord in accordance with the Work Schedule for Landlord's approval. If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule. Tenant will then submit to Landlord for Landlord's approval, in accordance with the Work Schedule, a redesign of the Space Plans incorporating the revisions reasonably required by Landlord. EXHIBIT "C" -1- 42 b. PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS. Based on the approved Space Plans, and in accordance with the Work Schedule, Landlord's architect will prepare complete architectural plans, drawings and specifications and complete engineered mechanical, structural and electrical working drawings for all of the Tenant Improvements for the Premises (collectively, the "FINAL PLANS"). The Final Plans will show: (a) the subdivision (including partitions and walls), layout, lighting, finish and decoration work (including carpeting and other floor coverings) for the Premises; (b) all internal and external communications and utility facilities which will require conduiting or other improvements from the Base Building Shell (as such term is defined in Schedule 1 attached hereto); and (c) all other specifications for the Tenant Improvements. The Final Plans will be submitted to Tenant for signature to confirm that they are consistent with the Space Plans. If Tenant reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Final Plans based on any inconsistency with the Space Plans, Tenant agrees to advise Landlord in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor within the time frame set forth in the Work Schedule.
