Presentment of Checks. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by us, we will, in our sole discretion, determine the manner in which Checks shall be presented for payment to the drawee bank. Likewise, we will, in our sole discretion, select the clearing agents used to collect and present the Checks and our selection of the clearing agents shall be considered to have been designated by you. We shall not be liable for the negligence of any clearing agent. You agree to be bound by any agreements entered into by and between us and any clearing agents and you agree to be bound by all clearinghouse rules and regulations, including, without limitation, Regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, Federal Reserve Customer Operating Circulars, and Rules of the National Item Exchange ANSI, or other clearinghouse association of which we might be a member or to which Rules we agree to, or are bound by.

  • Presentment The manner in which the items are cleared, presented for payment, and collected shall be in MidFirst’s sole discretion subject to the Account Agreement & Disclosure governing your account.

  • DISHONOUR OF PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS In the event of dishonour of any payment instruments or any payment instructions by or on behalf of the Allottee for any reason whatsoever, then the same shall be treated as a default and the Promoter may at its sole discretion be entitled to exercise any recourse available herein. Further, the Promoter shall intimate the Allottee of the dishonour of the cheque and the Allottee would be required to promptly tender a Demand Draft of the outstanding amounts including interest at the Applicable Interest Rate from the due date till the date of receipt by the Promoter of all the amounts including the dishonour charges of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) (for each dishonour). In the event the said Demand Draft is not tendered within 7 (seven) days then the Promoter shall be entitled to cancel the allotment, subject to provisions hereunder. In the event the Allottee comes forward to pay the entire outstanding amounts, interest and penalty thereof, the Promoter may consider the same at its sole discretion. In the event of dishonour of any cheque, the Promoter has no obligation to return the original dishonoured cheque.

  • Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Presentment The Service includes a feature that electronically presents you with electronic bills from select Billers. Electronic bills may not be available from all of your Billers. Electronic bills are provided as a convenience only, and you remain solely responsible for contacting your Billers directly if you do not receive their statements. In addition, if you elect to activate one of the Service's electronic bill options, you also agree to the following:

  • Credit Checks 9.1 The Customer agrees that:

  • – BANK ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENTS All payments must be made to the coordinator's bank account as indicated below: Name of bank: […] Precise denomination of the account holder: […] Full account number (including bank codes): […] [IBAN code: […]]10

  • Lost Checks Any paycheck that is lost after receipt or that is not delivered within seven (7) days of mailing, shall be replaced not later than five (5) working days following the unit member's written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check. For unit members who have automatic deposit, any pay warrant not deposited on the date of the automatic deposit shall be replaced not later than three (3) working days following the unit member’s written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check.

  • Xxxx Delivery and Presentment This feature is for the presentment of electronic bills only and it is your sole responsibility to contact your Billers directly if you do not receive your statements. In addition, if you elect to activate one of the Xxxx Payment Service’s electronic xxxx options, you also agree to the following:

  • Checks All checks or demands for money and notes of the Corporation shall be signed by such officer or officers or such other person or persons as the Board of Directors may from time to time designate.

  • Processing of a Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the Employer that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities.
