Prior to the Contract Sample Clauses

Prior to the Contract the Supplier shall produce up-to-date insurance certificates, issued by its insurance company, indicating the reference number and the effective date of the insurance policy, the cover provided, the amounts and deductibles, sub-limits, activities, nature of the work or assignments covered. The Supplier shall also provide the evidence that it is up to date with payment of the premiums.

Prior to the Contract the Supplier shall produce up-to-date insurance certificates, issued by its insurance company, indicating the reference number and the effective date of the insurance policy, the cover provided, the amounts and deductibles, sub-limits, activities, nature of the work or assignments covered. The Supplier shall also provide evidence that it is up to date with payment of the premiums. In case of a multi-year insurance policy, the Supplier shall produce the above-mentioned certificate(s) every year on the renewal date of its insurance policy. The provision of proof of the required insurance does not in any way restrict or limit the liability of the Supplier towards the Purchaser as may be outlined in the liability provision of the Contract. The Supplier shall notify the Purchaser of any modification affecting its insurance policies, as well as any event likely to cause the suspension or termination of the policies subscribed to if such change is likely to affect the Supplier's obligations.
