Product Data. Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by Developer to illustrate a material, product, or system for some portion of the Work.
Product Data. Product Data, brochures, illustrations, printed charts, schedules, and other such pre-prepared data shall be submitted plus one electronic copy. Such Submittals shall be clearly marked with the particular characteristics or model of the relevant products.
Product Data. “Product Data” shall include, but not be limited to, illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, catalog cuts and other information furnished by Construction Manager or Subcontractor or an entity under contract to Construction Manager or Subcontractor to illustrate a material, product, equipment, or system for some portion of the Work.
Product Data. All data containing the manufacturer’s product information, which shall include but is not limited to Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) and recommended installation practices.
Product Data. All Product Data provided by a Supplier shall be owned by the Supplier of the Product which the Product Data describes.
Product Data. In its negotiations with Suppliers, [*****] shall use [*****] efforts (without any obligation to bear any expense or pay any amount) to cause the Suppliers to provide [*****] regarding [*****] of their [*****] to [*****] for use in the [*****]. [*****] shall, in its discretion, obtain [*****] with Suppliers for information to be included in [*****]. Absent a separate agreement with [*****], [*****] shall not be entitled to [*****] [*****] in [*****].
Product Data. DERMA shall be responsible for the development of all data and other information relating to the Products and Product sales, including without limitation all stability and safety data, (collectively the “Product Data”) necessary to support sales of Products in the Field in the Territory.
Product Data. 5.2.1 Where manufacturer's publications in the form of catalogs, brochures, illustrations, or other data sheets are submitted in lieu of prepared shop drawings, such submission shall specifically indicate the particular item offered. Identification of such items and relative pertinent information shall be made with indelible ink. Submissions showing only general information will not be accepted.
Product Data. All Product Data, including, without limitation, all Batch Records and other Product-specific Technical Records generated or obtained by Hospira in connection with this Agreement, and all Specifications, including, without limitation, Master Batch Records generated or obtained by Hospira in connection with this Agreement, but excluding General SOPs, shall be the sole and exclusive property of Omeros and shall be deemed to be Omeros’ Confidential Information. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement or the earlier request of Omeros, Hospira shall send to Omeros at Omeros’ sole and reasonable expense, complete copies of all Product Data and Specifications in written and (where available) editable electronic form. The Product Data shall be prepared, documented and communicated by Hospira in a manner consistent with the Specifications or as otherwise instructed by Omeros.
