Professional Quality. 14.4 The PERFORMING PARTY shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion and the coordination of all Grant Activities under this Agreement.
Professional Quality. SERVICE PROVIDER warrants to CITY that all materials and services will be of professional quality conforming to generally accepted practices. If there are no applicable or recognized professional standards in the applicable area or areas of expertise required to perform such services, then SERVICE PROVIDER will perform all services in a good and professional manner that meets CITY's goals and objectives as stated herein as well as otherwise adds value to and/or improves the performance of CITY's expectations, objectives and purposes as stated in this contract. Any work that is determined by CITY to be less than professional quality will be corrected without charge. This warranty is limited to rework of the unsatisfactory product without change to the original specifications and without regard to the amount of the effort expended on the original work product.

Kofile warrants to the County that all preservation Services provided under this Agreement will be performed in a manner consistent with or greater than that degree of care, qualification and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the same profession currently practicing under similar circumstances. If any work is reasonably determined by County to be less than professional quality, Kofile will correct such work without charge. This warranty extends for ninety (90) business days past termination or expiration of this Agreement. This warranty is limited to reworking of the unsatisfactory product without change to the original specifications and without regard to the amount of effort expended on the original work product.

CONSULTANT shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and coordination of all designs, drawings, documents, estimates, specifications, reports, studies and other material (all items collectively hereinafter called "PROJECT DOCUMENTS") and services furnished by CONSULTANT under this CONTRACT. Approval by RWRD of PROJECT DOCUMENTS, services, and incidental services shall not in any way relieve CONSULTANT of responsibility for the technical accuracy of the services performed. RWRD's review, approval or acceptance of, or payment for any of the services described herein shall not be construed to operate as a waiver of any rights under this CONTRACT or of any cause of action arising out of the performance of this CONTRACT.

The Contractor is responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion and coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, reports and other services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions or other deficiencies in its designs, drawings, reports and other services.
Professional Quality. The product is supplied by competent professionals where required by applicable law or regulations, and otherwise by personnel with expertise in their respective service areas. The Supplier shall ensure that the Product is delivered in accordance with any legal and regulatory requirements relating to the supplied services.
