Project Income. To the extent that it can be determined that interest was earned on advances of funds, such interest shall be remitted to the Grantor. All other program income shall either be added to the project budget and used to further eligible program objectives or deducted from the total program budget for the purpose of determining the amount of reimbursable costs. The final determination shall be made by the Grant Administrator.

Project Income. All income earned by the grantee as a result of conducting a grant project (sale of publications, registration fees, service charges, etc.) must be accounted for and used by the grantee to offset the grantee’s total allowable costs on a funded project to determine net allowable costs, use as income allocated to the grantee’s cost share, or cover additional project costs. Xxxxxx earned after the project completion date is to be paid by the grantee to the SDHC proportionate to the council’s funding of the project. Grantees receiving funds for media programs that have the potential of making a profit must sign a separate media agreement with SDHC. This provides that a percentage of the net profits on sales are paid to SDHC, not exceeding the amount granted by the Council to support the project.

Project Income. Any funds generated as a direct result of DCJS grant-funded projects are deemed project income. Project income must be reported to DCJS. Examples of project income might include service fees; client fees; usage or rental fees; sales of materials; and income received from sale of seized and forfeited assets (cash, personal or real property included).
Project Income. The Subrecipient shall report monthly all Project income (as defined at 24 CFR 570.500(a)) generated by activities carried out with CDBG funds made available under this Agreement. The use of Project income by the Subrecipient shall comply with the requirements set forth at 24 CFR 570.504. By way of further limitations, the Subrecipient may use such income during the contract period for activities permitted under this Agreement and shall reduce requests for additional funds by the amount of any such Project income balance on hand. All unexpended Project income shall be returned to the City at the end of the contract period. Subrecipient agrees that any rental income generated by the acquisition, rehabilitation, and rental of the properties acquired under this Project will be retained by Subrecipient to further the goals of this Project into the future. Any interest earned on cash advances from the U.S. Treasury and from funds held in a revolving fund account is not Project income and shall be remitted promptly to the City.
Project Income. (a) Project income during the grant period from loans made to homeowners, owners of rental properties, and co-ops is governed by 2 CFR Part 200 as adopted through 2 CFR part 400. All income during the grant period, including amounts recovered by the grantee due to breach of agreements between the grantee and the HPG recipient, must be used under (and in accordance with) the requirements of the HPG program. Project Income. For purposes of this Agreement, "PROJECT INCOME" shall mean with respect to each Project the sum of (a) all Rent (as defined below) recognized on an accrual basis during such month, and (b) all other Income (as defined below) from such Project operations recognized on an accrual basis during such month. For purposes of this Agreement, "RENT" shall mean all amounts collected from Project tenants, licensees and concessionaires, excluding, however (i) security and other tenant deposits (other than as applied to pay rent or other amounts included within Project Income), (ii) fees paid by tenants of such Project for special services or programs, including, without limitation, payments made by tenants to Manager or any third party in connection with rental insurance or furniture rental programs, and (iii) rents paid in advance by tenants, except the portion of any such advance payment applied to the rent due for the current month. For purposes of this Agreement, "INCOME" shall mean all income from such Project other than Rent, including, without limitation, income from coin-operated washers and dryers installed at such Project, parking charges and fees and amounts paid for vending machine rental charges. Income shall not include interest income, extraordinary receipts, amounts received in settlement of insurance claims, costs and fees recovered in litigation and refunds or returns from governmental authorities or public agencies of taxes paid, amounts received as compensation for condemnation or other similar proceedings affecting all or any portion of such Project, the proceeds of the sale, conveyance, exchange or refinancing of all or any portion of such Project or refunds from contractor's or service providers of amounts paid under construction or service contracts.
Project Income. Except as modified by this amendment, terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the expiration date remain unchanged. Please indicate your acceptance of the agreement by having an authorized official of your organization sign and return one copy as soon as possible.
Project Income. If approved in advance, the grantee may earn or receive income from the sale of products (books, CDs, films, for example) created as a direct result of Virginia Humanities funding, or from royalties based on the use of these products. Our expectation is that such income will be used by the grantee organization for purposes that are consistent with the goals set forth in the proposal to Virginia Humanities: that is, for educational purposes, and to promote public understanding of the humanities.
