Employee Conduct 8.01 The Union agrees that it will uphold the rules and regulations of the Company in regard to punctual and steady attendance, proper and sufficient notification in the case of absence, conduct on the job and all other rules and regulations established by the Company.
Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.
Employee Only 214. For medically single employees (Employee Only) who enroll in any health plan offered through the Health Services System, the City shall contribute ninety-three percent (93%) of the total health insurance premium, provided however, that the City’s contribution shall be capped at ninety-three percent (93%) of the Employee Only premium of the second-highest-cost plan.

Employee Compensation The wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees who will be employed for the benefit of the Project, and to others who perform special services for the benefit of the Project, to the extent not otherwise paid through a Cash Management System, shall be paid by Owner from a Project Account pursuant to this Section 9.2.
Employee Contribution Eligible employees shall contribute one percent (1%) of their salary on a per pay period basis to the HCSP.

Employee Travel 26.5.1 Upon being offered an assignment involving travel between two (2) or more work sites, a substitute teacher will be informed of the travel requirements.
Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.
