Common use of Proprietary Information of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Information of the Trust. Forum acknowledges that the Shareholder list and all information related to Shareholders furnished to Forum by the Trust or by a Shareholder in connection with this Agreement (collectively, "Customer Data") constitute proprietary information of substantial value to the Trust. In no event shall Proprietary Information be deemed Customer Data. Forum agrees to treat all Customer Data as proprietary to the Trust and further agrees that it shall not divulge any Customer Data to any person or organization except as may be provided under this Agreement or as may be directed by the Trust.
