Public Charter School Sample Clauses

Public Charter School. The School is authorized by the Authorizer to operate as a public school, but is a separate legal entity from the Authorizervi. Notwithstanding its existence as a separate legal entity, the School is subject to all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, rules, and policies unless waived by the Secretary or by lawvii.

Public Charter School. The Facilities shall be used and occupied by the Charter School for the sole purpose of operating a California public charter school and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the District.   • Middle School At the request of the Superintendent, a middle school teacher may volunteer on a semester basis to teach all the student contact time and be paid one-sixth (1/6) of his/her salary for the semester. This section shall not be used to circumvent the hiring of additional full time teachers.

  • MIDDLE SCHOOLS 1. Where there are no negotiated provisions concerning the implementation or operation of a middle school program, this article shall govern the implementation or operation of a middle school program in a school district.

  • Summer School SUCCESS employees are not eligible for this provision. Employees engaged in teaching summer school shall be granted two summer school days of absence in a single term for either sick leave or emergency leave, or a combination of both, non-accumulative.
