Public Internet. I understand that the Public Internet is uncensored and contains many sites that may be considered offensive in both text and images. I will use County Internet services for approved County business purposes only, e.g., as a research tool or for electronic communication. I understand that the County’s Internet services may be filtered but in my use of them I may be exposed to offensive materials. I agree to hold the County harmless should I be exposed to such offensive materials. I understand that my Internet activities may be logged, are a public record, and are subject to audit and review by authorized individuals.

Copyrighted materials: I will not copy any licensed software or documentation except as permitted by the license agreement.

  • Internet We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Customer Materials 12.1 The Supplier including any of its employees, agents, consultants, contractors and any third party shall:

  • Trunk Side A Central Office Switch connection that is capable of, and has been programmed to treat the circuit as, connecting to another switching entity, for example, to another carrier’s network. Trunk side connections offer those transmission and signaling features appropriate for the connection of switching entities and cannot be used for the direct connection of ordinary telephone station sets.

  • Public Information and Confidentiality Information related to the performance of this Contract may be subject to the Public Information Act and will be withheld from public disclosure or released to the public only in accordance therewith. Performing Agency shall make any information required under the Public Information Act available to the System Agency in portable document file (“.pdf”) format or any other format agreed between the Parties. To the extent permitted by law, Performing Agency and the System Agency agree to keep all information confidential, in whatever form produced, prepared, observed, or received by Performing Agency or the System Agency. The provisions of this section remain in full force and effect following termination or cessation of the services performed under this Contract.
