Public Parking. Any private parking on the Developer Property may be open to the public, but shall not provide rates lower than those established by the City. Further, as long as the City provides free parking on Sundays, all private parking open to the public on the Developer Property shall be free to the public on Sundays as well.

Public Parking. The Developer will schedule a meeting with Parks and Recreation, MRA and the Parking Commission to brief Parks and Recreation on the plan for public parking on the site.
Public Parking. Operator and the Operators shall use those portions of the fifth floor of the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (within the Common Use Area) identified for public parking solely for public parking in connection with the completion of rental car transactions by rental car customers not arriving at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility by the Common Transportation System (e.g. local renters). The Operators, through the Facility Manager, shall specifically police the public parking areas to ensure that the area is used solely for such purposes. There shall be no charge for public parking unless the Port and a Majority-in-Interest agree on such charge.

The Public Parking Spaces will be accessible to the General Public on a ticketed basis pursuant to the Ticketing Gate and all fees collected in connection with the Public Parking Spaces will be the property of and for the sole benefit of Licensor. Licensee shall have no right to any fees collected in connection with the Public Parking Spaces. Licensee, at Licensee’s sole cost and expense, will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing the rules and restrictions applicable to the Parking Spaces. The term “Parking Spaces” shall mean collectively the Public Parking Spaces and the Reserved Parking Spaces.
Public Parking. The Public Parking Facilities shall be operated in such a manner as to provide adequate public parking for the various uses located on the Corridor Site. Except for special arrangements for residential parking or for qualified governmental users granted under this Agreement, the Parking Covenants and Parking Management Plan, parking will be provided to users of the Corridor Site and members of the general public (monthly, hourly, or otherwise) on a first come first served basis.

Public Parking. At least one hundred (100) stalls of the total parking provided in the Project will be open and accessible to the public at the prevailing market rate. These 100 spaces will be approximately allocated as follows: 25 spaces within Phase I and 75 spaces within Phase II. Owner will place signage on these parking spaces that limits the parking duration to no more than four (4) hours during the day. While residents and businesses located in the Project may be able to reserve parking spaces for patrons, employees, and residents, the one hundred stalls shall remain open to the general public. Owner agrees to execute and record a covenant on the title to the Property providing for such parking. The covenant shall be in a form approved by the City and shall be recorded prior to the issuance of any certificate of occupancy for any building on a site where parking is to be provided. If the City and the Owner agree that the 100 stalls of public parking is no longer needed in the future, this requirement may cease and the covenant shall be released.
Public Parking. As additional consideration herein, and for which this lease would not be executed, and due to the fact that LESSOR is relinquishing a portion of its property to LESSEE, in the event and solely in the event that the LESSOR elects to construct improvements to the remaining portion of its property and this Lease is still in effect, then and in that event, LESSEE agrees that LESSOR may utilize the number of parking spaces in the leased premises to comply with any required minimum parking spaces related to permits required for the construction of improvements on the remaining property of LESSOR as identified as #1 on said plat attached hereto at Exhibit B and made a part hereof.
Public Parking. Developer will provide that a minimum of 10 percent of parking spots within those portions of the Blocks within the F5 and F6 zoning districts which contain office, retail and service, or institutional uses which will be identified and available for public parking (“Public Parking Spots”). In order to maximize the efficiency of parking within the Project area, Developer will have sole discretion to determine the location of each Public Parking Spot within a Block and to establish reasonable rules and hours of operation for the Public Parking Spots. Neither the City nor the Authority will have any obligation to operate or maintain the Public Parking Spots. The Parking Public Spots will be free of charge to the public until the statutory termination date of the Redevelopment TIF District. The Affordable Units shall not be required to contribute to any of the operation or maintenance costs of the Public Parking Spots.
