Common use of Purposes of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Purposes of the Partnership. The purposes of the Partnership shall be (a) to own, hold, sell, develop, lease, dispose of, exchange, convert, manage, exercise voting rights with respect to, and otherwise exercise all of the rights, duties and obligations of an owner of the Partnership Property; (b) to reinvest, in any manner and in any real or personal property which the Partners deem appropriate, all proceeds derived from the Partnership Property; (c) to invest the Partnership Property in any manner deemed reasonable by the Partners, in any real or personal property; and (d) to conduct any other business or make any investment which a partnership may make without violating the Code or any other applicable law.
