Quality Management. The Agency shall have in place a written quality assurance and continuous quality improvement process and quality management plan that ensures ongoing quality assurance activities.
Quality Management. CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain a Clinical Quality Management program that maintains full compliance with the FDC rules and HSBs.
Quality Management. Seller shall establish and maintain a quality management system acceptable to Buyer for the Goods purchased under this Contract.
