Rates, Charges and Fees. Rates and terms of payment are based upon information at the time of rental. Should there be any change in such information, Customer agrees that Rental Company may revise the same without further notice. The first rental day shall be the day of delivery to Customer. The last rental day shall be the day of return if such return is after 10 A.M. Equipment rented at the daily rate will be charged for Sundays and Holidays if the equipment is actually used on such days. A $50 administrative charge and interest will be added to accounts not paid when due. The amount of interest will be equal to 1-1/2% of the balance due and will be added for each 30-day period which elapses from and after the due date of such account. In addition, any discount applied to the order will be removed should the balance is not paid within 40 days of the original due date. Rates, Charges and Fees. Users located in one Municipality connected to the sanitary sewer and/or water line of the other Municipality shall pay to the other Municipality the same rates, charges and fees paid by the users within such other Municipality connected to such other Municipality’s sanitary sewer system and/or water supply system. The Municipality that provides the water service shall be responsible to read the water meter of a user and shall xxxx such user for both water service and sanitary sewer service, even though such user may receive sanitary sewer service from the other Municipality. Such rates and charges collected from a user for sanitary sewer service shall be paid over to the other Municipality providing such service. Payments received shall be paid over to the other Municipality quarterly within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter. A Municipality shall xxxx individually each user connected to the other Municipality’s sanitary sewer system and/or water supply system in accordance with such other Municipality’s applicable ordinances, rules, regulations and procedures. With respect to all such xxxxxxxx, the time limits for payment, discounts or penalties for early or late payment, the resolution of all disputes, disagreements or complaints, the testing of meters for accuracy and all other matters related to billing and collection, the users in the first Municipality connected to the sanitary sewer system and/or water supply system of the other Municipality shall be treated in the same manner as users within such other Municipality connected to the sanitary sewer system and/or water supply system.

  • SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES You will pay fees incurred on the Account, including, without limitation, fees imposed by a Third Party through Your initiation of a Transaction. You will pay the service charges that We establish from time to time for The Services, including, without limitation, service charges for providing records regarding You that We are legally required to provide. You acknowledge receipt of a schedule of Our charges for The Services in effect at the time of acceptance of this Agreement.
