Common use of Re-scheduling Clause in Contracts

If Supplier is unable to provide the Development Deliverables or related services in accordance with the Project Schedule for any reason, including Apple’s or any Authorized Purchaser’s failure to provide timely delivery of required information, Supplier will promptly notify Apple, specifying the reason for such failure to comply with the Project Schedule.
