Common use of Reaffirmation of Representations Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Representations. Each of the Borrowers and each of the Guarantors hereby repeat and reaffirm all representations and warranties made by such party to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents to which it is a party on and as of the date hereof (other than any representation or warranty expressly relating to an earlier date) with the same force and effect as if such representations and warranties were set forth in this Third Amendment in full.

Reaffirmation of Representations.
