References to Clauses paragraphs and Schedules are to clauses and paragraphs of, and schedules to, this Agreement. The Schedules form part of this Agreement.
References to Clauses and Schedules are to the clauses of and the schedules to this Agreement and references to sub-clauses, paragraphs and sub-paragraphs are to sub-clauses of the Clauses, paragraphs of the sub-clauses and sub-paragraphs of the paragraphs where they respectively appear.
References to Clauses. Subclauses and Schedules shall mean the clauses and sub-clauses of, and schedules to, this Agreement.
References to Clauses. Parties, and the Schedules are respectively to Clauses of and the Parties and the Schedules to this Agreement.
