REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that no benefits to Practice hereunder require or are in any way contingent upon the admission, recommendation, referral or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Manager or any of its affiliates, to any patients of Practice, Practice's employees or agents.
REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS. The primary principle of the referral system is to provide integrated and seamless delivery of services to both job seekers and employers.
REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS. The Seller may have referral arrangements with various persons including registered builders. Should the Buyer have been referred to the Seller by any such person, the Buyer acknowledges that a fee may be payable by the Seller to the referee and consents to such fee being paid.

In order to provide seamless delivery of services to customers, the Parties agree to the following referral principles: • Each party will have information and receive training about the services of all partner agencies within the One Stop/AJC. • Customers accessing services through the AJC will receive assistance in determining which of the partner agencies may have services the customer needs. • When one of the partner agencies learns that a customer could benefit from the services of another of the partner agencies, that agency will provide to the customer a referral to the other agency. The Parties will ensure that staff makes appropriate referrals depending on each customer’s individual needs, eligibility requirements, and other support services. Referrals will be made to partners/outside agencies based on intake and assessment and a determination of appropriateness.
REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS. Compensated referral arrangements create an inherent conflict of interest, because the party receiving the referral fee may be incentivized to make the referral because of the fee and not because such a referral is in the client’s best interest. MAM has a process for ensuring that the parties to a referral agreement are qualified, are acting within their authority, and that the terms of the referral agreement are fair. If MAM pays or receives a fee or other advantage in connection with a referral, the specific details of that arrangement will be provided to you in a separate, customized disclosure document.
REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS a. Xxxx has entered into contractual arrangements (for stock trading services in India and U.S etc.) with third-party service provides wherein Niyo shall be acting as a Referrer and will introduce the customer/Users with the actual platform provider post which clients will be directly sharing their details on such third party platforms. Once customers have been referred, they are solely responsible for any and all orders placed by them and understand that all orders are unsolicited and based on their own investment decisions. The terms and conditions for such promotional rewards are provided in the relevant section of the TOU.
REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS. GS&Co. may enter into referral agreements with third parties from time to time. GS&Co. will not seek referrals from, or refer you to, a third party in exchange for a fee unless the nature of the referral is disclosed to you.
REFERRAL ARRANGEMENTS. As part of its activities, Desjardins Securities may enter into referral arrangements with business partners, including with the business partners members of the same financial group, the Desjardins Group. The terms of our referral arrangement will be set out in writing and provided to you prior to the account opening, either through the delivery of this Statement of Principles or otherwise. Such disclosures will allow you to make an informed decision with respect to the referral and assess any potential conflicts of interest. We undertake periodic reviews of our referral arrangements in order to ensure that the referral fees received or given do not encourage practices incompatible with our obligations toward our clients.
