Common use of Reimbursement Amount Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Amount. The City shall reimburse employees up to one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00) per calendar year of the cost of tuition incurred in pursuing a job-related educational program leading to an Associate, Bachelor or Masters Degree from any approved institution of higher education. The following reimbursement shall apply: Grade C or higher 100% Proficiency exams and/or courses without grades shall be reimbursed at fifty percent (50%).

Such reimbursement shall not exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1500.00) for any calendar year. The following reimbursement shall apply: Grade Percent C or higher above 100% Proficiency exams and/or courses without grades shall be reimbursed at fifty percent (50%).
