Reimbursement to Employee. The Employer shall reimburse each employee who incurs an expense under this article within two (2) calendar weeks from when the required proof of the expense is submitted to the Employer. All such monies owing shall be paid by Accounts Payable direct deposit to the employee’s bank account.
