Reliance on Data. The Employer and the Committee shall have the right to rely on any data provided by the Participant or by any Beneficiary. Representations of such data shall be binding upon any party seeking to claim a benefit through a Participant, and the Employer and the Committee shall have no obligation to inquire into the accuracy of any representation made at any time by a Participant or Beneficiary.

Reliance on Data. The Corporation and the Compensation Committee shall have the right to rely on any data provided by the Executive or by any beneficiary. Representations of such data shall be binding upon any party seeking to claim a benefit through a Executive, and the Corporation and the Compensation Committee shall have no obligation to inquire into the accuracy of any representation made at any time by the Executive or his beneficiary.
Reliance on Data. M&I will perform the Services described in this Agreement on the basis of information furnished by Customer. M&I shall be entitled to rely upon any such data, information, or instructions as provided by Customer. If any error results from incorrect input supplied by Customer, Customer shall be responsible for discovering and reporting such error and supplying the data necessary to correct such error to M&I for processing at the earliest possible time.
Reliance on Data. Subject to its standard of care under this Agreement, the Administrator may rely upon the information it receives from the Fund or any authorized third party. Signify does not guarantee and disclaims any liability for the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of data generated or displayed by the Software Service for any purpose or use other than the Authorized Purpose. Any location- based features or services are not intended or suitable for use as an emergency locator system.
Reliance on Data. Metavante will perform the Services described in this Agreement on the basis of information furnished by Customer. Metavante shall be entitled to rely upon any such data, information, directions, or instructions as provided by Customer (whether given by letter, memorandum, telegram, cable, telex, telecopy facsimile, computer terminal, e-mail, other “on line” system or similar means of communication, or orally over the telephone or in person), and shall not be responsible for any liability arising from Metavante’s performance of the Services in accordance with Customer’s instructions. Customer assumes exclusive responsibility for the consequences of any instructions Customer may give Metavante, for Customer’s failure to properly access the Services in the manner prescribed by Metavante, and for Customer’s failure to supply accurate input information. If any error results from incorrect input supplied by Customer, Customer shall be responsible for discovering and reporting such error and supplying the data necessary to correct such error to Metavante for processing at the earliest possible time.

Reliance on Data. Metavante will perform the Services described in this Agreement on the basis of information furnished by Customer. Metavante shall be entitled to rely upon any such data, information, or instructions as provided by Customer. Customer shall notify Metavante in writing and within five (5) days after Customer’s knowledge of any error in data, reports, or material provided to Metavante by Customer or by Users. Customer shall also notify Metavante in writing and in a timely manner, which, in any event is within five (5) business days after Customer’s knowledge or Customer’s notification by any User or other party of any error believed to have been made by Metavante. IF CUSTOMER’S NOTICE TO METAVANTE OF A METAVANTE ERROR IS DELAYED BEYOND THE FIVE-DAY PERIOD, METAVANTE is RELIEVED OF ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY SUCH ERROR.
Reliance on Data. In performance of the services, it is understood that the Client and/or others may supply Raftelis with certain information and/or data, and that Raftelis will rely on such information. It is agreed that the accuracy of such information is not within Raftelis' control and Raftelis shall not be liable for its accuracy, nor for its verification, except to the extent that such verification is expressly a part of Raftelis' scope of services.
Reliance on Data. Servicer will perform the Services on the basis of information furnished by Bank, and data provided by Bank Clients. Servicer shall be entitled to rely upon any such data, information, or instructions as provided by Bank and Bank Clients. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Servicer will maintain in the Servicer System one or more validation procedures to identify and verify questionable incoming data (e.g., duplicate files, redundant transactions) even if caused by Bank Client/merchant error, and will re-validate or reject any transactions that appear to be erroneous. The parties shall each use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any errors in data, once discovered, at the earliest possible opportunity.
