Remote and Wireless Access. The Services may include certain remote viewing, access, and control features and functionality. Xxxxxx does not guarantee access to any of its Services via wireless connections. Xxxxxx will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or losses from interruption or loss of wireless access. Wireless service will only be an effective meansof monitoring when you have active wireless coverage available at your location. You understandand agree that Xxxxxx does not control or guarantee any telephone or cellular service.

Remote and Wireless Access. The Services may include certain remote viewing, access and control features and functionality. The ability for those features and functionality to work with the System and Services will be dependent upon a variety of factors outside the control of the Company, including, but not limited to, faulty equipment, faulty transmission systems, limitations inherent in wireless services, power outages, and other factors. The Company shall endeavor to ensure that such features and functionality interoperate with the System and Services, but shall not be liable in the event they fail to do so. Access to the Services via wireless device is dependent upon the capabilities of your wireless device and network. The Company shall not be liable for issues arising from your access to the Services via wireless device. Your access to the Services from your wireless device is subject to your agreement with your wireless carrier.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Roaming All domestic data, roaming, and in-network charges are included in your Patriot Mobile plan. You will not receive roaming charges. However, excessive roaming may result in your ability to roam being blocked by Patriot Mobile.
