Common use of Repayment Dates Clause in Contracts

Repayment Dates. The first repayment instalment for the Loan shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date, each subsequent repayment instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment shall be repaid, together with the Balloon Instalment, on the date falling on the seventh anniversary of the Drawdown Date.
