Common use of Reports to the Commission Clause in Contracts

Reports to the Commission. The Servicer shall, on behalf of the Trust, cause to be filed with the Commission any periodic reports required to be filed under the provisions of the Exchange Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder. The Servicer shall, or shall cause the Administrator to, prepare, execute and deliver all certificates and other documents required to be delivered by the Trust pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. The Depositor shall, at its expense, cooperate in any reasonable request made by the Servicer in connection with such filings. The Servicer shall provide or cause to be provided to the Depositor copies of all documents filed by the Servicer after the Closing Date with the Commission pursuant to the Securities Act or the Exchange Act that relate specifically to the Trust, the Notes or the Certificates.
