Common use of Representations True and Correct Clause in Contracts

Representations True and Correct. In the event that changes occur as to any material information, documents or exhibits referred to in this Agreement, of which Buyer has knowledge, Buyer will immediately disclose the same to Seller when first available to Buyer; and, in the event of any such material change, Seller may, at its election, terminate this Agreement.
