Request for Transfer. Unless the paraeducator and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from 14 calendar days before the first contract work day until after the 20th contract work day. A transfer will not be considered unless the paraeducator is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services office. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors. The transfer of the paraeducator will be subject to Board approval.

Lessee shall give Lessor at least thirty (30) -------------------- days prior written notice of any desired Transfer and of the proposed terms of such Transfer, including but not limited to: the name and legal composition of the proposed Transferee; a reasonably detached financial statement the proposed Transferee prepared in accordance with standard accounting principles within one year prior to the proposed effective date of the Transfer reviewed by the Transferee's certified public accountants and certified by the Transferee as being true and correct; the nature of the proposed Transferee's business to be carried on in the Premises; the payment to be made or other consideration to be given on account of the Transfer; and other such pertinent information as may be reasonably requested by Lessor, all in sufficient detail to enable Lessor to evaluate the proposed Transfer and the prospective Transferee. Lessee's notice shall not be deemed to have been served or given until such time as Lessee has provided Lessor with all information specified above and all additional information requested by Lessor pursuant to this subsection 13.d. Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor of any modification to the proposed terms of such Transfer.

A transfer will not be considered unless the employee is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal/supervisor, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services Division. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors. The transfer of the employee will be subject to Board approval.
Request for Transfer. Annually, a nurse may make a written request for a transfer by advising the Employer and filing a Request for Transfer form provided by the Human Resources Department indicating name, qualifications, experience, present area of assignment, seniority and requested area of assignment/hours of work. A Request For Transfer shall become active as of the date it is received by the Employer and shall remain in effect until December 31st of each year. Such requests will be considered as applications for posted vacancies and subsequent vacancies created by the filling out of a posted vacancy.

Tenant shall give Port at least forty-five (45) days prior written notice of any desired Transfer (herein "Notice of Request to Transfer") and shall provide Port with the following information in writing: (a) the name, address, legal composition and ownership of the proposed transferee, (b) the current balance sheet and profit and loss statements (herein "financial statements") for the proposed transferee and for any other entity or person who is to be liable for Tenant's obligations under this Lease, such financial statements to be certified in writing to be true and correct and to be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and to cover a period of three years prior to the proposed effective date of the Transfer (or for such shorter period as the proposed transferee or other person may have been in existence), (c) a full description of the terms and conditions of the proposed Transfer, including copies of any and all proposed sublease or assignment agreements or other documents and instruments concerning the proposed Transfer, (d) a description of the proposed use of the Premises by the proposed transferee, including any required or desired Alterations or Improvements to the Premises that may be undertaken by such transferee in order to facilitate its proposed use, (e) complete information regarding all payments to be made or other consideration to be given in connection with the Transfer; (f) a list of personal, business and credit references of the proposed transferee, (g) a current financial statement of Tenant, (h) a Pre-screening and Leasing Application, or other similar document, completed by the proposed transferee and delivered to Port, and (i) any other information, documentation or evidence as may be requested by Port, all in sufficient detail to enable Port to evaluate the proposed Transfer and the prospective transferee. Tenant's Notice of Request to Transfer shall not be deemed to have been served or given until such time as Tenant has provided Port with all information set forth hereinabove. Tenant shall immediately notify Port of any modifications to the proposed terms of the Transfer.

Request for Transfer. The parties agree that the following language will supersede any and all divisional or Corporate transfer policies.
Request for Transfer. Teachers who wish to change the location of their teaching assignment may apply for a confidential transfer by filing a form provided by the Dis- trict for such purpose, and providing the form to Human Resources and to the transfer location. Teachers who wish to transfer will be subject to the presentation and de- livery of a demonstration lesson at the requested transfer location. The principal at the location transfer must approve the transfer. The request must be renewed annually if the individual wishes to have the request continue to be considered. Transfer requests are listed by Human Resources in the order of receipt and area of specialization.
