Common use of Request Procedure Clause in Contracts

Request Procedure. Any request for a leave of absence without pay shall be 14 submitted in writing by the unit employee to the unit employee's immediate 15 supervisor at least, except under emergency circumstances, thirty (30) 16 calendar days in advance of the proposed commencement date for the leave.
