Responsibility for Administration. The Select Board (the “Board") shall administer, implement, and enforce this by-law unless otherwise provided in this by-law. Any powers granted to, or duties imposed upon the Board may be delegated in writing by the Board to its employees or agents.

The Employer shall be responsible for making timely delivery of any required premiums to the Insurer. All Plan documents shall be retained by the Employer and made available for examination at the Employer's business address. Upon written request, the Plan document and other information shall be provided to the parties to the Plan.
