Responsibility for Administration. Except to the extent that particular responsibilities are assigned or delegated to other Fiduciaries pursuant to the Trust Agreement, other Articles of the Plan or Section 10.3, the Company (as the Administrator) shall be responsible for the administration of the Plan.
