Common use of Responsibility for Related Parties Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Related Parties. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Contractor shall be responsible as against the Authority for the acts and omissions of the Contractor Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Contractor and the Authority shall be responsible as against the Contractor for the acts and omissions of the Authority Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Authority provided that no acts or omissions of the ICT Installer shall be capable of giving rise to an Authority Default. The Contractor shall, as between itself and the Authority, be responsible for the selection of and pricing by any Contractor Related Party.
