Retail Price. Each SIE Company has the sole and exclusive right to set the retail price to Users for Digitally Delivered Products sold or otherwise made available for purchase on or through PSN in its Territory, unless SIE adopts and presents to Publisher an alternative structure for distributing Digitally Delivered Products. The applicable SIE Company may modify any Digitally Delivered Product’s retail price at any time without notice to Publisher. Publisher shall not interfere with the applicable SIE Company’s price setting, but may provide SIE with suggested retail prices for Digitally Delivered Products. SIE reserves the right to adopt an alternative distribution model upon reasonable notice to Publisher.
Retail Price. Each Party will set its own retail price(s) for the Basic EarthLink High-Speed Service (including for Service Xxxxx 0, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx 0, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx 0 and any other Service Levels established by TWC) (the “Retail Price(s)”) as sold by it, including the right to establish different prices to Service Subscribers in different TWC Cable Systems. EarthLink shall have the right to set the retail price for any Premium EarthLink High-Speed Service in connection with its sales thereof and in connection with TWC’s sales thereof, which shall be as agent for EarthLink. For purposes of clarity, the Retail Price shall not be deemed to include taxes, franchise fees or installation or set-up (or similar) fees, regardless of whether the same are charged to Service Subscribers.

Retail Price. The Distributor has a right to decide retail prices for the Products to be sold by the Distributor in the Territory during the term of this Agreement. Distributor shall be in complying with the agreed retail prices by Principal.
Retail Price. AOL shall have the right to determine, in its sole discretion: (a) the pricing of the Bundled Service to End Users, (b) any Promotional Offers for the Bundled Service, including without limitation, free trials for or discounts of the Bundled Service, and (c) the rental price of the CPEs. Clearwire shall give AOL at least thirty (30) calendar days' advance written notification of any change in Clearwire's retail pricing for any element of the Clearwire Wireless Broadband Service in the Initial Markets, including any new Retail Pricing Tiers that it offers in addition to those listed in Exhibit E. Retail Price. Discounts: Artist will list the retail price for each work on the inventory sheet. If the Artist is willing to discount any work(s), the specific discount percentages are to be filled in by the Artist per work on the inventory sheet.
Retail Price. If you are asked to pick up your work, please make an appointment to do so at your earliest convenience. We have extremely limited storage space. If your work is not picked up within a month of notification, and no other arrangements have been made, the work may become property of The Crossing Arts Alliance. Artists’ should consider insuring their work. The Crossing Arts Alliance will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged artwork, but will make every effort within reason to protect art from theft or damage. Artists may be asked to donate a piece of art to The Crossing Arts Alliance for fundraising purposes.
