Return to Full-Time Status. Employees in permanent part- time status may return to a full-time slot when there is a posted position available in their classification.
Return to Full-Time Status. Whenever possible, a part-time unit member shall be permitted to increase his or her assigned duties by one or more periods to fill open permanent or temporary position(s), subject to the conditions that follow:
Return to Full-Time Status. An employee timely requesting return to full-time status shall be returned providing an available position exists and providing the return does not result in the layoff of another employee. It is also understood that the junior member of the shared assignment team may be assigned to any position for which he/she is certified. The senior member of the job share team may be displaced provided both members agree.
Return to Full-Time Status. Unit members who have been authorized to reduce from full-time position under the provisions of this article may return to full-time employment at the conclusion of the five (5) year limitation on such employment only by mutual consent of the unit member and the Superintendent.

  • APPLIES TO FULL-TIME ONLY The scheduling of all off duty days including annual vacation as provided in this Agreement shall be conditional upon the availability of qualified staff to provide efficient and proper care of patients at all times, as required by the Employer.

The Employer shall work closely with the employee and his/her physician to determine if and when the employee can return to modified duty, and what assignments and/or activity level restrictions must be adhered to.

  • Full-Time Union Leave Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Company will grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union position. It is understood that not more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Seniority and service shall accumulate during the full term of such leave.
