Common use of Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; (b) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,500,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; (c) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (d) each contract for individual consultants’ services estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions. 1. Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) all contracts for goods and civil works procured through International Competitive Bidding regardless of the contract value; (b) each contract for goods civil works estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Biddingmore; (bc) each contract all contracts for works goods procured through National Competitive Bidding estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,500,000 500,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Biddingmore; (cd) the first contract for each procurement method regardless of the contract value; and (e) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (d) each contract for individual consultants’ services estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more for firms and $50,000 or moremore for individual consultants. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.. SCHEDULE 5 Special Account

Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (ai) each contract for goods or works estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000,000 250,000 and $3,000,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; (b) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,500,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; (c) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; Bidding and (d) each contract for individual consultants’ services estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.all Direct Contracting;

Except as the Bank shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Bank: (a) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $15,000,000 or more; (b) each contract for goods and non-consultant services estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Biddingmore; (b) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $2,500,000 or more procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding; and (c) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (d) each contract for individual consultants’ services estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 200,000 or more. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.
