Right to Examine Records. Blue Cross and Blue Shield reserves the right, after reasonable notice, to examine your entire membership records, including payroll records, at any time during regular business hours to verify that Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s enrollment and participation requirements are being met. Blue Cross and Blue Shield agrees to preserve the confidentiality of these records.

BCBSRI and/or its authorized delegate shall be allowed to review all books and accounts of GROUP, which are reasonably necessary to confirm GROUP’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement. GROUP and/or its authorized representative, upon request, shall be entitled to receive from BCBSRI records containing that information reasonably necessary to confirm that BCBSRI has complied with its obligation under this Agreement, (i.e. it has made available health benefits coverage to Enrolled Members). GROUP shall not be entitled to receive any information that BCBSRI deems proprietary or confidential health care information, whether under this section titled “Right to Examine Records” or otherwise.

DealerTrack agrees that any regulatory agency with supervisory responsibility for Lender shall have the right for the purpose of determining DealerTrack's compliance with Section 19(d) below to examine all records and materials, use the equipment and interview those employees of DealerTrack to the extent that such officials deem necessary to protect the interest of depositors, creditors or stockholders of Lender or as otherwise permitted under applicable law, rule or regulation.

CONSERVATION EFFORTS We agree to use our best efforts to repair any water leaks inside and outside of your UNIT no later than 7 days of being notified of them in writing. You agree to use your best efforts to conserve water and notify us of leaks. This addendum automatically renews or transfers with each subsequent LEASE Agreement at Vistas San Marcos and includes all final water bills that are due after occupancy is terminated.
