Rights Under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement, or in any transaction contemplated hereby, express or implied, shall give or be construed to give to any individual or entity other than the Parties any legal or equitable right, remedy, privilege, immunity or claim under this Agreement or by reason of such transaction, all of the covenants and provisions of this Agreement being for the sole benefit of the Parties.
