Risk of Use. Customer represents to Xxxx that the Products will be used in accordance with all applicable federal, state, territorial or municipal laws, including those applicable to physicians and other health care professionals, in the state or territory where the Products will be used. The Products shall only be used in accordance with their authorized labelling and in accordance with any additional instructions provided by Xxxx from time to time. Xxxx shall not be responsible for any risks or liabilities, known or unknown, connected in any way with the use of the Products by Customer, its employees or agents, or connected with the sterilization, storage, handling, application, operation, installation, assembly, maintenance, repair or disposition of the Products, and all such risks and liabilities shall be entirely assumed by Customer. It shall be the exclusive responsibility of Customer to ensure the suitability of a Product before each use and to ensure that the Products are only used by qualified personnel in a reasonable and professional manner and in conformance with current knowledge and standards.
Risk of Use. Member acknowledges that he/she is using the facilities at his/her own free will and decision. Member acknowledges that Gearbox does not have any liability with respect to Member’s access to, participation in, or use of the facilities, or any loss resulting from such participation or use. Gearbox and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors, and officers shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for, and the Member waives all right of recovery against Gearbox and such individuals for any damage or claim with respect to any injury to person or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property of Member, its contractors, employees, and invitees due to any act, omission or occurrence in or about Gearbox or the Building. Except for the gross or willful misconduct by the Company, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold the company and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors, and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member’s use of the facilities and/or occupancy of the Company. Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal property and/or equipment while using the workspace at Gearbox.

Member acknowledges that Hatch Space does not have any liability with respect to Member's access, participation in, use of the facilities, or any loss resulting from such participation or use. Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal equipment while using the workspace at Hatch Space. Hatch Space is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Risk of Use. I acknowledge the Facilities are not monitored or regularly patrolled, and I agree that my use of the Facilities is entirely at my own risk.

Boulder Street Moto and Nor’Wood Development, Inc., and it’s respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for, and the Member waives all right of recovery against Boulder Street Moto and Nor’Wood Development, Inc., and such individuals for any damage or claim with respect to any injury to person or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property of Member, it’s contractors, employees and invitees due to any act, omission or occurrence in or about Boulder Street Moto or the Building. Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold Boulder Street Moto and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member’s use of the facilities and occupancy of Boulder Street Moto.
Risk of Use. Clear Creek shall not be responsible for Lessee’s use of the Water and the effects thereof on third parties, including, but not limited to, the effects of diversions, discharges, and changes in the quantity and the quality of the water.

Making Matters NH and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for, and the Member waives all right of recovery against Making Matters NH and such individuals, for any damage or claim with respect to any injury to person or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property of Member, its contractors, employees and invitees due to any act, omission or occurrence in or about Making Matters NH or the Building. Except for the gross or willful misconduct by the Company, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold the Company and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member's use of the facilities and occupancy of the Company. Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal equipment while using the workspace at Making Matters NH.

The Gizmo Dojo and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for, and the Member waives all right of recovery against The Gizmo Dojo and such individuals for any damage or claim with respect to any injury to person or damage to, or loss or destruction of, any property of Member, its contractors, employees and invitees due to any act, omission or occurrence in or about The Gizmo Dojo or the Building. Except for gross or willful misconduct by The Gizmo Dojo, Member agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold The Gizmo Dojo and its respective board members, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, contractors and officers harmless from and against all claims of whatever nature arising out of Member’s use of the facilities and occupancy of The Gizmo Dojo. Members are strongly encouraged to carry insurance that covers their personal equipment while using the workspace at The Gizmo Dojo.
Risk of Use. I understand and agree that I am using the equipment at my own risk and Ride On Rentals is not liable for any damages or injuries, including death, arising from any use or intended use of the equipment. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur to any person as a result of use or intended use of the equipment, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Ride On Rentals, its employees, agents, and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present and future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of use or intended use of the equipment. I also understand I should be in good physical health to participate in bicycling.
