Salary Settlement Diversion. Division Match. As part of their regular PL 217 bargaining, the parties will bargain the change to the salary schedule. In addition to the 1999-2000 program provided by Section (A) (2) and after reaching tentative agreement, 1/2% of the base of that agreed change shall be diverted to the 401(a) Plan for 2000/01, with an additional 1/2% diverted in each 2001/02, 2002/03, 2003/04 and 2004/05 school years with a total diversion of 2.5% that will continue to be part of the PLAN throughout its term. After the salary settlement diversion is deducted, the salary schedule for each year shall be changed by the net amount. As part of the partiestotal compensation/benefits calculations, annual diversions to the PLAN shall be included.

  • Gross Settlement Amount Except as otherwise provided by Paragraph 10 below, Defendant promises to pay $2,250,000.00 and no more as the Gross Settlement Amount and to separately pay any and all employer payroll taxes owed on the Wage Portions of the Individual Class Payments. Defendant has no obligation to pay the Gross Settlement Amount (or any payroll taxes) prior to the deadline stated in Paragraph 4.3 of this Agreement. The Administrator will disburse the entire Gross Settlement Amount without asking or requiring Participating Class Members or Aggrieved Employees to submit any claim as a condition of payment. None of the Gross Settlement Amount will revert to Defendant.
