Common use of Salary Clause in Contracts

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 400,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 450,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis450,000, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis388,125, subject to review annual review, and adjustment adjusted from time to time by the Company in its sole discretion, payable semi-monthly subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 240,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 390,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 345,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis425,000, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 375,000 on an annualized basis, which represents a 50 percent proration based on the amount of time subject to outside activities, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Commencing on the Effective Date, Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial annualized base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis450,000, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 610,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 379,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 446,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall will receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial annualized base salary at the rate of $500,000 on an annualized basisper year, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretionthe discretion of the Board, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 348,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis440,000, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Company Board in its sole discretion, discretion and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis600,000, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

The Base Salary shall be prorated for any partial year of employment on the basis of a 365-day year.

Executive’s Base Salary will be reviewed annually, and will be subject to potential increase in the discretion of the Board.

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $500,000 on an annualized basis575,000, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company Board in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 240,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company and Executive agree that Executive shall forfeit the monthly compensation to be paid to Executive pursuant to this Section 2.1, until such time as the Company and Executive mutually agree.

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 230,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 240,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company and Executive agree that Executive shall forfeit the monthly compensation to be paid to Executive pursuant to this Section 2.1, until the Company and Executive mutually agree.

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial base salary of $500,000 551,200.00 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Company in its sole discretionBoard, and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Beginning on January 1, 2025, Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 800,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”). For the avoidance of doubt, Executive shall not receive a base salary until January 1, 2025.

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 475,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $500,000 350,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, which may be increased from time to time to account for, among other things, cost of living and market rate adjustments for similarly situated executives. The base salary is payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).
