Common use of Sale of Trust Estate Clause in Contracts

Sale of Trust Estate. (a) The power to effect any sale (a "Sale") of any portion of the Trust Estate pursuant to Section 6.04 hereof shall not be exhausted by any one or more Sales as to any portion of the Trust Estate remaining unsold, but shall continue unimpaired until the entire Trust Estate securing the Certificates shall have been sold or all amounts payable on the Certificates and under this Agreement with respect thereto shall have been paid. The Trustee may from time to time postpone any Sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Sale.

Sale of Trust Estate. (a) The power to effect any sale (a "Sale") of any portion of the Trust Estate Property pursuant to this Section 6.04 hereof 5.19 shall not be exhausted by any one or more Sales sales as to any portion of the Trust Estate Property remaining unsold, but shall continue unimpaired until the entire Trust Estate securing the Certificates Property shall have been sold or all amounts payable on the Certificates and under this Agreement with respect thereto Notes shall have been paid. The Indenture Trustee may from time to time time, upon directions in accordance with Section 5.12, postpone any Sale public sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Salesale.

The Trustee may from time to time postpone any public Sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Sale.

The Trustee may from time to time postpone any Sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Sale.

The Indenture Trustee may may, with the consent of the Note Insurer, from time to time postpone any public Sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Sale.

The Indenture Trustee may from time to time time, upon directions in accordance with Section 5.12, postpone any Sale public sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Salesale.

(a) The power to effect any sale or other disposition (a "Sale") of any portion of the Trust Estate pursuant to Section 6.04 hereof 5.04 is expressly subject to the provisions of Section 5.05 and this Section 5.15. The power to effect any such Sale shall not be exhausted by any one or more Sales as to any portion of the Trust Estate remaining unsold, but shall continue unimpaired until the entire Trust Estate securing the Certificates shall have been sold or all amounts payable on the Certificates and under this Agreement with respect thereto shall have been paid. The Trustee may from time to time postpone any Sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Sale.but

(a) The power to effect any sale (a "Sale") of any portion of the Trust Estate allocated to a Series of Notes pursuant to Section 6.04 hereof 6.3 shall not be exhausted by any one or more Sales sales as to any portion of the Trust Estate remaining unsold, but shall continue unimpaired until the entire Trust Estate securing the Certificates so allocated shall have been sold or all amounts payable on the Certificates and under this Agreement with respect thereto Notes of such Series shall have been paid. The Trustee may from time to time time, upon directions in accordance with Section 6.12, postpone any Sale public sale by public announcement made at the time and place of such Salesale.
