SALES MATERIALS. The responsibility of the parties hereto for consulting with respect to the design and the drafting and legal review and filing of sales materials, and for the preparation of sales proposals related to the sale of Annuity Contracts shall be as the parties hereto agree in writing. DSI shall ensure, in its Sales Agreements, that organizations appointed by it, and registered representatives of such organizations, shall not use, develop or distribute any sales materials which have not been approved by GFG and Golden American.
