Schedule of Timeshare Loans. The Seller hereby agrees, on each date on which a Timeshare Loan has been repurchased, purchased or substituted, to provide or cause to be provided to the Depositor, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee with an electronic supplement to Schedule III hereto and the Schedule of Timeshare Loans reflecting the removal and/or substitution of Timeshare Loans and subjecting any Qualified Substitute Timeshare Loans to the provisions of this Agreement.
Schedule of Timeshare Loans. The Issuer and Indenture Trustee shall direct the Depositor to provide or cause to be provided to the Indenture Trustee on any date on which a Timeshare Loan is purchased, repurchased or substituted with an electronic supplement to the Schedule of Timeshare Loans reflecting the removal and/or substitution of Timeshare Loans and subjecting any Qualified Substitute Timeshare Loans to the provisions thereof.

Bluegreen hereby agrees, on each date on which a Timeshare Loan has been repurchased, purchased or substituted, to provide or cause to be provided to the Depositor, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee with an electronic supplement to Schedule III hereto and the Schedule of Timeshare Loans reflecting the removal and/or substitution of Timeshare Loans and subjecting any Qualified Substitute Timeshare Loans to the provisions of this Agreement.
Schedule of Timeshare Loans. The Issuer hereby directs and the Originator hereby agrees, on each date on which a Timeshare Loan has been repurchased, purchased, substituted or otherwise added (i.e., in the case of Subsequent Timeshare Loans) to provide the Issuer and the Securitization Indenture Trustee with an electronic supplement to Schedule III hereto and the Schedule of Timeshare Loans reflecting the removal, substitution and/or other addition of such Timeshare Loans and subjecting any Qualified Substitute Timeshare Loans and Subsequent Timeshare Loans to the provisions of this Agreement.
Schedule of Timeshare Loans. Upon the Originator’s Sale or Contribution of the Timeshare Loans, Timeshare Properties, Related Security and other conveyed property related thereto and additional collateral to the Issuer, the Originator shall deliver a Schedule of Timeshare Loans, Timeshare Properties, Related Security and other conveyed property related thereto and additional collateral, which schedule shall be attached hereto as Schedule III and made a part hereof. Each schedule so delivered shall supersede any prior schedules so delivered.
Schedule of Timeshare Loans. The Issuer hereby delivers to the Indenture Trustee Schedule I which contains a true and complete list of the Additional Timeshare Loans pledged to the Indenture Trustee under this Supplemental Grant. The list of Additional Timeshare Loans contained in the accompanying certificate is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Supplemental Grant and shall become a part of and supplement the Schedule of Timeshare Loans.

Upon the Seller’s Sale of the Timeshare Loans, Timeshare Properties, Related Security and other conveyed property related thereto and additional collateral to the Purchaser, the Seller shall deliver a Schedule of Timeshare Loans, which schedule shall be attached hereto as Schedule III and made a part hereof. Schedule of Timeshare Loans. The Issuer shall cause the Seller to provide the Indenture Trustee on any date on which a Timeshare Loan is repurchased, with a revised Schedule of Timeshare Loans to the Sale Agreement reflecting the removal of Timeshare Loans.

BXG shall provide, or cause to be provided, a Schedule of Timeshare Loans to the Loan Seller on any date on which a Timeshare Loan is purchased, repurchased or substituted, with an electronic supplement to the Schedule of Timeshare Loans reflecting the removal and/or substitution of Timeshare Loans and subjecting any Qualified Substitute Timeshare Loans to the provisions thereof.
