Scheduling of Meetings. Either party may request a meeting of the Union-Management Committee by sending a written request, including a description of the issue(s) to be addressed, to the other party. When requested, a committee meeting will be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time and place. The committee shall meet at least once per quarter, including summer session, but additional meetings may be scheduled by mutual agreement.

To facilitate scheduling, requests sent by the Federation will include a list of the employees it has selected to act as its representatives at the meeting.
